We are looking for a Lead – Embedded Firmware, AI/ML to join our team and drive innovation in EV powertrain software development. Education B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or Electrical Engineering Experience Minimum 10+ years in automotive software development and leadership roles Working Knowledge & Skills Proven experience leading development teams for EV powertrain ECU software design, development, and application Strong background in data modelling, software architecture, and data structure techniques for AI algorithm development In-depth knowledge of automotive EV powertrain systems, sub-system components, and vehicle system interfaces Expertise in digital simulation frameworks for software functional modelling and analysis Skilled in problem-solving, design optimization, benchmarking, regulatory frameworks, and value engineering Hands-on with tools such as Vector IVN Tool, Inchrom IVN design tool, TensorFlow, cloud computation platforms, and Enterprise Architect (or equivalent) Key Responsibilities Prepare and monitor project plans including resources, budget, facilities, and timelines Develop technology roadmaps benchmarking global trends and anticipating future disruptions (AI/ML embedded strategies for ECUs) Define and execute software project plans to achieve yearly product attribute targets Build competency enhancement plans and lead execution for the team Drive software modularity/commonality across platforms to reduce development costs Plan detailed powertrain-level software attribute targets (performance, reliability, durability, calibration) Lead corrective actions for field complaints raised in quality review meetings Why Join Us?
