Job Description

As an Enterprise Netapp Storage Administrator at Capgemini, you will be responsible for designing, planning, documenting, and supporting the configuration of logical and physical NAS (NetApp) layouts. Your role will involve providing direction for the installation and configuration of all NetApp software packages to meet business requirements. You will create and manage scripts to automate administrative tasks, develop solutions for capacity planning and performance tuning, and participate in the development of NAS solution standards. In this position, you will be required to develop detailed design, installation, and configuration documentation for enterprise system deployments. You will ensure the security and compliance of NAS infrastructure, recommend and oversee projects for system improvements, and collaborate with management to select appropriate solutions that align with business needs. Additionally, you will focus on reducing operating costs and enhancing user experience through NetApp solutions. As an Enterprise Netapp Storage Administrator, you will stay updated on technological advancements and work closely with vendors to assess new technologies. You will contribute hands-on to the implementation of solutions, work with other infrastructure teams, and serve as the highest level of technical escalation for production issues. Your responsibilities will also include providing system support, troubleshooting expertise, and participating in special projects as required.
