Absolutely the worst customer experience imaginable. Ordered a Fitibit Sense, and received a faulty product. Been emailing them since Oct 4, and its now 21 days WITHOUT A RESPONSE!!!

Worst service. This company is a seller on TATA CLIQ. The product is in-transit since a week. When I have opened the tracking details, it shows that seller didn't handover the parcel to the courier partner for 2 days.
