**Job Description:** As a Sr. Software Engineer at Carelon Global Solutions India, you will play a crucial role in leading design requirements for leader communications. Reporting to the Manager Communications, you will be responsible for understanding design processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring brand guidelines are followed for in-house design requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with external agencies to deliver on design needs effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain active relationships with customers to identify business requirements and lead requirements gathering meetings. - Own the change request process and coordinate with other teams when necessary. - Provide technical advice and make decisions that impact cross-functional teams. - Research and propose new technologies to enhance processes. - Develop and own a list of final enhancements and define application scope and objectives. - Conduct technical design reviews and code reviews, ensuring adherence to specifications. - Oversee technical testing to ensure compliance with test plan requirements. - Support data information planning and coordinate on-call support for effective system monitoring. - Mentor team members and lead small to medium-sized projects, influencing decision-making and providing technical guidance. - Identify technical problems affecting the team and propose effective strategies for resolution. - Facilitate group sessions for requirements clarification, design sessions, code reviews, and issue troubleshooting. - Support vendor evaluation processes. **Qualifications Required:** - B.Tech/B.E./MCA degree. - Minimum of 6+ years of related experience with expertise in multi-dimensional platforms and business and technical applications. - Strong experience with C# and .NET Core. - Proficiency in developing REST Web services (API's) and web applications using Angular 4+. - Knowledge of database architecture and design, with the ability to interpret technical specifications. - Experience in coding software based on standards and design guidelines. - Familiarity with Azure-hosted environments and MS SQL, including writing stored procedures. - Exposure to Azure DevOps Services and experience in the healthcare industry are advantageous. - Excellent communication skills. **Company Details:** Elevance Health is a prominent healthcare company in America dedicated to improving lives and communities, with a significant presence in the Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Association.
