We’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Expert with 2–5 years of experience in the real estate industry , preferably someone with exposure to Dubai real estate market . The candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing our social media strategy, enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and supporting our sales funnel. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies aligned with business goals. Create and manage monthly content calendars with original, engaging, and value-driven ideas. Identify emerging social trends and creatively align them with real estate campaigns. Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to ensure cross-functional campaign success . Actively monitor, respond, and engage with comments, messages, and inquiries across platforms. Track KPIs and engagement metrics , preparing performance reports and improvement suggestions. Ensure a consistent, premium-quality presence on all platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. Required Skills & Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in real estate social media management . Bonus: Prior experience in a Dubai-based real estate agency or knowledge of Dubai property trends. Strong command over copywriting , storytelling, and visual content briefing. Hands-on experience with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.). Deep understanding of social media algorithms , performance optimization, and paid content boost strategies. Excellent communication, planning and project management skills.
