As a Food Court Operations Executive, your role involves managing the daily operations of a multi-brand food court in Hyderabad. You will interact with customers and vendors, maintain high service standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee overall food court operations from opening to closing - Coordinate with all brand counters and ensure timely food service - Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety compliance - Ensure stock management and update inventory needs to management - Handle customer feedback and provide quick resolution when required - Maintain sales and cash reports from each counter - Supervise staff attendance, shift scheduling, and discipline - Report daily operations, issues, and requirements to management **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage vendors and workforce professionally - Basic understanding of food safety and FSSAI practices - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail - Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment The working shift for this role is from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
