Job Title: Industrial Safety Officer Experience: 3–5 years preferably in industrial safety, personal protective equipment (PPE), or related sectors Qualification : B.E / M.E in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Safety Engineering, or related fields Location : Madurai & Project Sites (Tamil Nadu) Company : Enviro Care India Pvt Ltd Job Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with TNPCB, CPCB, MoEF, and other statutory safety norms. Conduct daily site safety inspections, risk assessments (HIRA), and internal audits. Lead toolbox talks, safety drills, and emergency response training. Investigate incidents and near-misses, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions. Monitor use of PPE and enforce safety protocols among site teams. Maintain safety documentation, reports, and legal records. Collaborate with project and EHS teams to implement safety improvements. Required Skills: Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations. Familiar with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001. Ability to handle safety compliance at industrial and construction project sites. Good communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
