About the Role We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to speak with prospective investors, explain our services, and help convert interested leads into active investors. Your main responsibility will be to build trust over the phone, clearly explain investment offerings (in a compliant and honest way), and drive successful closures. This is a target-driven role with a fixed salary plus attractive commissions on every successful sale. Key Responsibilities Call prospective investors from our database on a daily basis Introduce Neoma Capital and clearly explain our services and investment offerings Understand the investor’s profile, risk appetite, and basic financial goals Build rapport, handle objections, and answer questions confidently Follow up consistently via call to drive conversions Maintain proper call logs, notes, and status updates in our CRM/Excel sheets Coordinate with the internal team to schedule detailed calls, demos, or meetings if required Achieve monthly conversion targets Always communicate in a professional, compliant, and ethical manner Compensation Fixed salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on experience and fit). Attractive performance-based commission on every successful sale (to be discussed during interview). Incentive-led, high-earning potential for strong performers. What We Are Looking For Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling / telesales Experience in selling financial products, investments, real estate, insurance, or similar high-involvement offerings is a strong plus Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field Background in finance, commerce, or related fields is preferred Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus) Confident on calls, with a natural ability to convince and close Comfortable working with targets and pressure in a sales environment Good listening skills, patience, and professionalism with all types of prospects Basic familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and call tracking Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to put in consistent daily effort Role Details When to Start: Immediately Type: Full-time Location: New Delhi Working days and timings: 6 Days a week / 8hrs every day How to Apply If this sounds like you, send us your CV and a short note on your telecalling / telesales experience, especially in investments or financial products.
