The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensure optimal customer service, drive sales, and manage inventory. Responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, implementing retail loss prevention measures, training and supervising staff, and ensuring the store meets performance targets while adhering to company policies. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills to enhance and maintain customer satisfaction Proven experience in store management and ability to lead and motivate a team Knowledge and expertise in retail loss prevention strategies and practices Problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail Capability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility and efficiency A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus
