Interpret briefs and conceptualize visuals based on requirements. Amend and revise designs based on stakeholder feedback. Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Responsibilities - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, mass media or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in a design role (experience requirement can vary based on level). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Coreldraw. Good portfolio showcasing creativity, design thinking, and execution across various formats. Attention to detail, time management skills, and a strong visual aesthetic. Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding. Ability to take direction and work both independently and collaboratively. Additional skills - Experience with tools like Canva and Figma.
