Freelance Videographer & Editor (Social Media, Podcast & Webinar Content) Location: Remote / On-location (as needed) Contract Type: Freelance / Project-Based Reports To: Content Manager / Marketing Director Rate: Negotiable (based on experience) About the Role: We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Freelance Videographer and Editor to produce engaging, high-quality video content for our social media platforms, podcast episodes, and webinars. This role requires a strong sense of storytelling, a good eye for visual composition, and an ability to adapt content for various digital formats. Key Responsibilities: Videography Film podcast episodes (in-person or remote capture). Record webinars and live sessions. Capture behind-the-scenes footage and short-form content for social platforms. Set up proper lighting, audio, and camera equipment for high-quality production. Video Editing Edit long-form podcast and webinar videos into polished, branded final products. Create short-form videos and clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc. Add intros/outros, motion graphics, subtitles, and animations as needed. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice. Content Optimization Edit videos for maximum engagement on social media platforms. Export videos in multiple formats and sizes for cross-platform publishing. Collaborate with the content and social media team to plan video deliverables aligned with campaigns. Qualifications & Requirements: Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, especially for digital and social media content. Knowledge of motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus. Strong storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail. Experience filming podcasts or webinars is highly desirable. Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for video content. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Access to your own filming and editing equipment. Bonus Points For: Experience with repurposing long-form content into micro-content. Understanding of social media algorithms and trends. Basic graphic design or animation skills.
