Superb experience!! After yoga session my whole body feels energetic all day. Initially I face body pain but gradually it turns into flexibility. Our coach Mr. Sachin sir guides & helps us in difficult asanas to accomplish our tasks more efficiently and to produce positive vibes all day long.

This is my personal experience of yoga with mam n sir.i m doing yoga last 2 to 3 year.They both r excellent and his technique of yoga is different then other that thing I like the most.
