Role Type: Full-time / Part-time / Freelance (Leadership role) Location: Hyderabad & Bengaluru (Hybrid/On-ground client meetings expected) Department: Marketing & Growth Reporting To: Founder / Business Head Role Summary We are hiring a Digital Marketing Expert / Freelancer (Lead) who can grow our client portfolio in Hyderabad and Bengaluru , build a high-performing marketing team , and drive measurable business results. This role is ideal for someone who already has an active network and minimum 12 existing clients and wants to scale with a fast-growing team. Along with a fixed salary/retainer, we offer project-based revenue sharing for the business you bring and help close. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Portfolio Growth Bring in new clients (SMEs, startups, local businesses, training institutes, services, e-commerce, etc.) Own end-to-end growth pipeline: leads meetings proposals closures Build and manage partner/channel relationships for inbound leads Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across: Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search/Display/YouTube), LinkedIn Ads SEO, Local SEO (GMB), Content Marketing, Email/WhatsApp automation Create performance roadmaps and monthly marketing plans for clients Set up tracking: Pixels, GTM, GA4, conversion events, reporting dashboards Team Building & Leadership Form and manage a team (performance marketer, content creator, designer, SEO, video editor, etc.) Create SOPs, processes, templates, and delivery standards Mentor team members to improve ROI and delivery speed Client Success & Reporting Handle client communication, expectations, and review calls Produce weekly/monthly reports with insights and next actions Ensure retention and upsell opportunities through results Eligibility / Must-Have Requirements Minimum 12 active clients (proof of work/portfolio required) Strong experience in performance marketing + lead generation Proven track record of improving ROI, CPL, CAC, conversion rate Ability to close deals (proposal, pricing, negotiation) Comfortable with on-ground meetings in Hyderabad/Bengaluru when needed Hands-on with tools: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Search Console, Looker Studio (or similar) Preferred Skills Experience scaling an agency/freelance practice Strong local market understanding of Hyderabad & Bengaluru Knowledge of funnels, landing page optimization, CRO Team hiring and vendor management experience Experience in B2B lead generation and LinkedIn outreach Compensation & Benefits Fixed Salary / Retainer (based on experience and role type) Project Revenue Sharing (Additional) Revenue share applies to clients/projects you bring and help manage (structure shared during discussion) Performance-based incentives for milestones (client closures, retention, revenue targets) Opportunity to lead and build the marketing vertical as a core team member Success Metrics (KPIs) Number of new clients onboarded per month (Hyderabad/Bengaluru) Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) growth from marketing services Lead-to-meeting and meeting-to-close conversion rates Campaign performance improvements (CPL, ROAS, CAC) Client retention and upsell performance Team productivity and delivery quality Who Should Apply Digital marketing experts/freelancers who already have 12 clients and want to scale People who enjoy business growth + leadership , not just campaign execution Those who can own targets and build a team around them How to Apply Share: Your portfolio/case studies (results screenshots are welcome) Current client base summary (industry + services you provide) Your preferred engagement model (Full-time/Part-time/Freelance) Your current city and ability to work across Hyderabad/Bengaluru
