About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and sharp NDR & Logistics Operations Executive to manage our order delivery lifecycle. You will act as the key link between our customers, 3PL courier partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket,IThinkLogistics, etc.), and local delivery executives to resolve non-delivery cases, reduce RTO (Return to Origin), and maximize successful COD order deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily NDR Panel Management: Track, monitor, and take action on real-time Non-Delivery Reports (NDR) across logistics dashboards daily.
• Customer Coordination: Reach out to customers via outbound phone calls and WhatsApp to re-verify addresses, confirm buyer intent, and schedule convenient delivery slots.
• Courier & Field Executive Liaison: Coordinate directly with courier partners, local delivery hubs, and field executives to schedule quick re-attempted deliveries with updated delivery notes.
• Fake Attempt Dispute Handling: Identify and challenge false courier remarks (e.g., "Customer Refused" or "Customer Not Available" without contact) by raising dispute tickets on logistics portals.
• Data & CRM Logging: Update verified address details, landmark changes, and delivery instructions in logistics panels and CRM systems.
• RTO Reduction: Work systematically to achieve daily target conversion rates (30%+ NDR to successful delivery conversion).

Skills & Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in NDR management, logistics operations, or D2C logistics customer support.
• Portal Familiarity: Working knowledge of courier platforms (Delhivery, Shiprocket, Ithink Logistics, etc.) and telecalling CRMs.
• Communication: Clear, polite, and persuasive verbal communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge is a plus).
• Problem-Solving: Strong phone negotiation skills to re-engage hesitant COD customers and resolve field delivery bottlenecks.
• Tech Proficiency: Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills to handle order logs and status reports.
