Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef de Partie (CDP) at ND HOTELS GROUP, located in Chandrapur. The CDP will manage a specific section of the kitchen, oversee food preparation, ensure quality and consistency in dishes, and team up with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations. They will also adhere to company guidelines, maintain kitchen hygiene, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Creativity in menu planning and mentoring junior staff are crucial aspects of this role.
