We are looking for an Entry-Level NBFC Software Support Executive to assist branch users with software operations, issue logging, and training support. Communication skills in Hindi and Tamil are mandatory. Freshers with good learning attitude are welcome. Key Responsibilities Provide basic support for NBFC software modules (Loan, Collections, Gold Loan, FD/RD, Accounting). Communicate with branches in Hindi and Tamil for issue handling and coordination. Log user issues and follow up with the technical team. Support daily branch activities like data entry, EOD/BOD, and cashbook updates. Assist in UAT testing and documentation. Learn NBFC operational processes quickly. Qualifications Any degree (B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc., BE, MBA preferred). Freshers or 0–1 year experience can apply. Hindi and Tamil communication is mandatory. Basic loan and accounting knowledge is an advantage.
