Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recovery Collection Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Recovery Collection Specialist will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from clients, maintaining accurate records of collections and account statuses, and communicating effectively with clients to resolve their queries and issues. The role also involves collaborating with the finance team to reconcile discrepancies in accounts and offer exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
