Creative Project Manager — Brand, Sales & Operations gurugram, haryana, india 3 years None Not disclosed On-site Full Time

📍 Gurugram, DLF Phase 2 | 💰 ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month | 🕰 0–3 years experience About Nazm Nazm is a sculptural furniture brand inspired by the stillness and geometry of the Himalayas — part art, part object, part story. Each piece is designed as a collectible — built slowly, in limited editions, by master artisans. We’re now building our core team. About the Role We’re looking for a razor-sharp, hungry creative operator — someone who can turn ideas into finished work. You’ll manage everything that brings Nazm to life beyond the design itself — website, photoshoots, storytelling, expos, collaborations, and workshop coordination. It’s a hybrid role across marketing, sales and operations , best suited for someone who’s organised, aesthetic, emotionally intelligent, and excited to build a brand from zero. What You’ll Do Lead the creation of Nazm’s first website — content, imagery, and timelines. Plan and manage photoshoots & videos with photographers and stylists. Help shape the brand story and product narratives. Coordinate upcoming furniture expos and brand showcases. Build relationships with designers, galleries, and media. Work with workshop partners on production timelines and quality. Keep every thread moving — from idea to execution. Who You Are 0–3 years of experience in design, architecture, fashion, art, or creative business. Aesthetic instinct — you can tell what feels refined vs. overdone. Clear writer & communicator — calm, precise, and confident. Emotionally intelligent — good with artisans, photographers, and founders alike. Organised — loves lists, trackers, and smooth timelines. High-agency & ownership-driven — doesn’t wait for direction, makes things happen. Grounded hunger — genuinely values the opportunity and the craft. You’ll Thrive Here If You… Are a designer who no longer wants to design but wants to build brands . Are an engineer or analytical thinker transitioning into the creative world. Love structure, curation, and beauty in equal measure. Follow Architectural Digest, Design Pataki, Houseplant, Ashiesh Shah, Scarlet Splendour, or Baro Market. Why Join This isn’t a coordination job — it’s a front-row seat to building a design house from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founder, shape every launch, and see your decisions reflected in how the brand is perceived.
