Location: Sarjapura, Bangalore (On-Premises) Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in Administration / Construction Industry Facilities: Food & Lodging provided by the company About the Role Naypra BuildTech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Administrative Officer to manage administrative and site operations for our construction projects. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and capable of handling office management, material inventory, contractor/vendor coordination, and compliance with statutory requirements. The role also involves supporting and leading site-level administration to ensure smooth project execution. Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Site Administration - Oversee daily administrative operations of the office and construction site at Sarjapura. - Manage documentation, correspondence, and filing systems. - Supervise office staff, site clerks, and support teams. - Provide support to project managers and management for day-to-day needs. Material & Inventory Management - Monitor and maintain inventory of construction materials, tools, and equipment. - Coordinate procurement and ensure timely supply at sites. - Conduct regular stock checks and audits. - Maintain vendor and supplier relationships. Contractor & Vendor Management - Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and service providers. - Ensure timely delivery of services and materials as per quality standards. - Handle billing, invoicing, and payment coordination. Compliance & Government Liaison - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, insurance, and labor regulations. - Manage timely filing, renewals, and statutory documentation. - Liaise with government authorities for permits, inspections, and compliance matters. Construction Site Support - Maintain attendance and payroll records for site staff and workers. - Coordinate manpower and labor requirements with HR and site supervisors. - Ensure safety, security, and welfare arrangements at the site. - Provide administrative and operational assistance to engineers and project managers. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Administration / Management / Commerce / Civil-related field (preferred). - Minimum 4 years of experience in administration, preferably in the construction industry. - Strong understanding of PF, ESIC, insurance, and compliance processes. - Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to coordinate between office and construction site. - Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (preferred).
