Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Tonk Khurd. The Sales Executive will actively generate leads, build and foster relationships with retail partners, and promote NaxonPay’s digital and financial services. Day-to-day tasks include meeting potential clients, demonstrating product benefits, maintaining a strong pipeline, achieving sales targets, and reporting progress to the sales manager. The role also involves understanding local market needs and providing customer support as required. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships Proficiency in market research and understanding customer needs Basic knowledge of financial services and digital tools Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage schedules efficiently Problem-solving and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively Previous experience in sales, retail, or financial services is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
