Position: Junior Accountant Key Responsibilities Prepare financial reports, balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and Cash Flow. Maintain day to day finanical accounting records of the company. Recording Sales, Purchase, Bank transactions and Journal Vouchers in an accounting software and maintain general ledgers. Proficient in Bank Reconcilitation. Recording Payroll entries including EPF & ESI and esnure statutory deductions. Handle Accounts Payable and track payments to the vendors. Handle Accounts Receivable and ensure timely followup for receivable from the clients. Prepare and filing of GST Returns (GSTR-1, 2B and 3B). Basic knowledge of TDS calculations, payment challans and its returns. Ensure timely submission of all statutory compliance. Communicate with clients and provide assistance for documentation support in case of new company formation, MSME, PAN, TAN, FSSAI, etc. Ability to resolve queries of the clients within stipulated time frame. Competitive to generate sales deed and maintain clients database. Filing all types of vouchers and maintain filing and documentation. Handle day-to-day other administrative works as assigned by the management. Required Skills Basic knowledge of GST, ITR, TDS. Good Hands on Tally And Excel . Good communication and client-handling skills. Stong presentation skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy.
