Assist the AGM HR in the day to day Operations of the HR Functions and duties of each member of the HR Team.Assist the AGM HR in the alignment of JDs with each roleProvide timely and periodic communication on all HR related matters to the AGM-HR Assist the AGM in the Recruitment and Selection of candidates and if delegated then handle the end to end employee recruitment process; sourcing of suitable candidates for open positionsHandle the On-boarding and Induction of New HiresHandle the transactional part of the Employee Insurance SchemeHandle the Employee Grievances, if any and escalate to the AGM HR, if requiredAssist the AGM HR and if delegated to independently handle all administrative affairs of the Department Assist the AGM HR in management of the MISEducational/Work Experience A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in any discipline preferably Management in HR with 3 years of post-qualification experience in the HR Department ORA Post Graduate Degree in Management with specialization in HR with 2 years of relevant experience as HR Professional in a reputed Institution/OrganizationBasic Knowledge of the Laws relating to Employment in India (ESI, PF, PT)Proven hands-on work experience in a reputed HRIS (GreyTHR, HROne, Kredilly, Darwin Box etc.)Required Skill-setExcellent Reporting Skills and Document management.Proven administration experience with exposure dealing with queries, problem solving and adhoc projects. Excellent organization and administration skillsExcellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with ability to assist with problem solving. Able to work alone on a broad variety of projects.
