I had paid my credit card bill through the navi app and it failed and I have not received my refund yet and it is showing in the app that payment refund is successful please or else the navi customer care number is available somewhere.

Very bad experience. Made a credit card payment through navi. Amount debited but translation failed. Refund till not happened. Customer support is very bad. Through chat I can't get a solution.

Don't take loan on navi app.... it's mentally tourcher and your ID and pic share is just like Prasad... on your what's app... I recommend to government please shut down in Navi app... they are not follow any RBI guidelines
