The company specializes in Residential and Commercial Electrical Works, including LT & HT installations. Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager / Deputy Project Manager – Electrical to oversee and manage our residential and commercial electrical projects across Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have proven experience handling LT & HT electrical works in high-rise apartments, residential complexes, MIVAN , commercial buildings, and malls. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage electrical works at project sites from inception to completion. Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and architects for project planning and execution. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards across all stages of the project. Prepare and monitor project schedules, BOQs, material requirement plans, and manpower deployment. Track project progress and generate periodic status reports. Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource optimization. Lead HT and LT system implementation including transformer, DG, panel installations, cable laying, and terminations. Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and resolve technical issues. Ensure timely completion and handover of projects with all necessary documentation. Requirements Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 6-15 years of relevant experience in Electrical Contracting Projects. Industry Exposure: Residential Apartments, High-rise Buildings, MIVAN, Commercial Complexes, shopping malls, etc. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in HT & LT electrical systems, project execution, site coordination, and material management. Location Preference: Candidates must be willing to work at project sites across Bangalore. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills Good communication and client coordination abilities Project planning and analytical skills Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project preferred Salary: Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
