We are looking to hire a Sales Manager for White Mist, located in Devanahalli, close to Nandi Hills. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, for a hospitality brand based close to Nandi Hills, Bangalore. The Sales Manager will be responsible to meet and exceed sales targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves maintenance of system hygiene, closing deals, coaching and mentoring the team, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure business growth. Qualifications Proven track record of procuring revenues while working on a target basis Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and generate new business opportunities Effective and fluent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales-related tools Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively Experience in the sales industry, preferably in the service industry, is essential Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field as a minimum Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
