Role & responsibilities Should have good experience on finance and accounts AR & AP Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Should have experience in statutory compliances (ESI, EPF) Should have experience in Taxation filing - GST & TDS. Working experience on Tally, payment collection Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll. Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions and maintain up-to-date financial records. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Conduct month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date. Manage the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts. Review and approve expense reports and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and support during audits. Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management for decision-making purposes. Prepare budgets and forecasts, and monitor financial performance against budgeted targets.
