Job Description / Responsibilities: Handle counter sales efficiently and provide excellent customer service. Understand product specifications and explain technical features to customers. Create marketing videos / product demonstration videos for digital promotion. Assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations. Maintain store display standards and ensure a professional and organised product presentation. Work closely with the sales team to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure smooth billing, documentation, and coordination with the store management. Work Timings: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Desired Candidate Profile: Smart, confident, and customer-oriented individual with good communication skills. Experience in counter sales , retail sales, or field sales (home dcor background preferred). Ability to make marketing videos, product reels, and basic content for social media promotion. Good understanding of customer behaviour , product demonstration, and sales closing techniques. Strong convincing power and ability to handle walk-in customers professionally. Must be punctual, reliable, and dedicated to meeting daily/weekly sales goals.
