This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Engineer & PLC Programmer located in Indore. The Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, Programming and maintaining electrical systems with testing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) used in various industrial applications & Automation System and components, while ensuring that they comply with industry standards and safety codes. Additionally, the Electrical Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide innovative solutions to complex problems, and will work closely with technicians and other engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and up to specification. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field. Experience with electrical design software such as AutoCAD, E-Plan, and/or SolidWorks Electrical. Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations (e.g. NEC, NFPA 70E). Excellent project management and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of electrical and automation. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram, and Structured Text. Experience in designing, developing, debugging, and testing PLC programs for industrial control systems. Proficiency in using software applications such as Machine Expert Schneider, RSLogix 5000, Siemens TIA Portal, and Phoenix Contact. Strong understanding of industrial automation systems and electrical controls. Familiarity with communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, and Profibus. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or related field. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with strong communication skills. Experience in HMI/SCADA systems is a plus.
