Medication Management – Ensure proper storage, inventory, and handling of pharmaceuticals, including controlled substances. Patient Consultation – Advise patients on the proper use, dosage, and side effects of medications. Clinical Support – Collaborate with doctors and nurses to recommend safe and effective medication therapies. Medication Safety – Monitor for drug interactions, allergies, and adverse effects, ensuring patient safety. Inventory Control – Maintain inventory levels, order medications, and manage supplies to avoid shortages. Record Keeping – Maintain accurate patient medication records, including prescription history and medication profiles. Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards in pharmaceutical practice.
