Role & responsibilities Assist patients with registration, appointment scheduling, and check-in/check-out procedures. Guide patients to the appropriate consultation rooms and diagnostic areas. Address patient inquiries regarding OPD services, schedules, and procedures Schedule patient consultations with doctors and specialists as per availability. Coordinate with the front office and medical staff to manage appointment slots efficiently. Minimize patient waiting time by optimizing the scheduling process. Act as a bridge between patients, doctors, nurses, and administrative staff. Ensure doctors are informed about their daily OPD schedules and patient appointments. Coordinate with the billing department for payment processing and insurance claims if required. Preferred candidate profile MBA in any specialization
