Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Proficiency in electrical design tools and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN, MATLAB/Simulink). Strong knowledge of circuit design, power systems, control systems, and/or electronics. Knowledge of relevant safety standards and electrical codes is preferred. Experience in industrial automation, PLCs, or embedded systems. C certificate license. Minimum 15 years experience. Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced **Senior Accountant** to manage and oversee all accounting and financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with **Tally software**, **income tax filing**, **GST compliance**, and **book preparation**. You will ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance in all financial matters while supporting management with timely financial insights. Key Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records in **Tally**. * Prepare and finalize books of accounts, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports. * Handle **GST filings**, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and related reconciliations. * Manage **Income Tax** computation, TDS returns, advance tax calculations, and filing of tax returns. * Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts. * Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts. * Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions and ensure timely settlements. * Support statutory audits and liaise with auditors and tax consultants. * Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and government regulations. * Maintain documentation and records in compliance with statutory requirements. * Provide financial analysis and support to management for decision-making. Qualifications and Skills: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (CA Inter or equivalent preferred). * Minimum **10+ years of experience** in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting. * **Proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9** is mandatory. * In-depth knowledge of **GST laws, Income Tax Act**, and **TDS** regulations. * Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
