Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Proficiency in electrical design tools and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN, MATLAB/Simulink). Strong knowledge of circuit design, power systems, control systems, and/or electronics. Knowledge of relevant safety standards and electrical codes is preferred. Experience in industrial automation, PLCs, or embedded systems. C certificate license. Minimum 15 years experience. Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Combination of office and plant/field work. Ability to travel to project locations, vendor sites, and renewable energy installations. Key Responsibilities: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Design, implement, and maintain electrical systems for manufacturing equipment and renewable energy projects (e.g., solar, wind, energy storage). Develop control systems and automation solutions to optimize production efficiency. Prepare and review electrical schematics, layouts, and technical documentation. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to reduce downtime and enhance reliability. Collaborate with production, mechanical, and sustainability teams to ensure seamless integration of systems. Evaluate and implement energy-efficient technologies to reduce facility carbon footprint. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Support installation, commissioning, and performance verification of equipment and renewable energy assets. Work with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycle. Prepare reports, risk assessments, and cost estimates for engineering solutions.
