The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the preparation of various financial reports. Key Responsibilities: Generate Sales E-Invoices and share them with clients; record invoices in Tally Prime . Handle client correspondence , follow up for payments, and perform ledger reconciliations . Manage vendor invoices and expense bookings , ensuring timely processing of vendor payments. Update daily bank statements and perform bank reconciliations . Prepare and reconcile GST monthly returns and calculate monthly liabilities. Manage monthly TDS payments and prepare data for quarterly returns . Effectively coordinate with statutory auditors and assist during audits. Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Conduct regular internal audits to verify accuracy and compliance of financial records. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes. Support the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Address queries from vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding payments and financial transactions. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a related role. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime , QuickBooks , or SAP . Knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills. Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations . Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. This role requires a sharp, energetic field executive who can prospect, pitch, and onboard classesthen coordinate seminars that build student engagement and drive brand visibility. This is a ground-zero growth role with full ownership of Career Mantrana’s presence in the district. Key Responsibilities 1. Field Partnerships & Outreach Map all coaching classes and institutes in Nashik district. Conduct daily on-ground visits and pitch Career Mantrana’s partnership model. Drive end-to-end onboarding for each class. 2. Seminar Management Schedule, coordinate, and execute seminars after partnerships go live. Manage logistics, communication, and coordination with class management. Ensure high attendance and smooth delivery. Earn an incentive per seminar conducted . 3. Territory Development Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners. Strengthen relationships with class owners and administrators. Expand Career Mantrana’s reach block-by-block. 4. Reporting & Compliance Daily reporting of visits, conversations, onboardings, and seminars. Maintain accurate partner data and follow-ups. Follow structured weekly activity plans and targets. What We’re Looking For 0–2 years’ experience in field sales, marketing, or partnerships. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Must have own bike (fuel reimbursed as per policy). Basic smartphone usage for reporting. Compensation Structure: Fixed Salary+ Incentive Per Seminar Conducted after the class has been onboarded.
