Totally dissatisfied with their approach towards flat owners after the sale. I personally want to speak to the proprietor and inform him about the shortfalls in the flat and his team assuring us the shortfalls are accepted from their end any will be addressed but even after 5 months nothing is done. Very bad service.

I have my flat in Dwarka Chakan, I had been complaining from past five years about seepage in my flat, no one getting resolve my issues. Every time I had sent them a mail but they give the same reasons every time. The quality of construction is not good.

Totally unprofessional & unacceptable behaviour ; least bothered about customer concerns; only full of false commitments; they keep on changing their statements every 2 months; they will make you feel helpless & hopeless; strictly recommend to not even think of buying their property!!!
