Doctor chanakya sai dumpala was worse, he doesn't know how to talk to a patient. Was very slacky with his responses. Will not be visiting this hospital again

The nursing staff and other support staff has been helpful. Dr Yerra prasad sir had a very cool person, helped calm down through the surgical procedure and was available on call post-op for any emergency. Thanks you so much sir 🙏. Especially Devi sister was good carring for patients, cool person. …

In NICU mosquitos are there. I admitted my baby four days ago. During night time nurses are Sleeping without taking care of babies. My baby was seen with mosquito bites. If anybody is there to answer my questions then it will be highly appreciated.

Dr. Sai manikandan sir treated my Father for cardiac surgery.. dr have explained the condition and surgery in detail.. and my father recovered with in 2 days and discharged in 5 days... I am very happy to share the experience... And well coordinated team... Thnq very much team kims icon cardiothoracic vascular surgery

This is best hospital which I visited they treated tha people with best technique and take they best equipment and staf chek out tha blocks tha most tq full house keeping and house keeping staff

Staff behaviour with patiens are very nice but the procedure for consultation is taking more time. Simplification of consultation procedure will help the patients.

My father condition was very bad before he admitted to KIMS-ICON Hospital. Doctor diagnosed that it is fungal infection. Dr K.S Phaneendra Kumar treated him very well and answered all our questions patiently. Now my father is doing well. Thank you sir for treating my father.
