Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Marketing & Outreach Support digital marketing campaigns across social media and search platforms. Create engaging content such as blog posts, Canva creatives, and short videos . Assist with SEO , social media marketing (LinkedIn & Blogs) , and brand visibility. Verify new and existing applications, report issues, and coordinate fixes. Participate in product promotions and online outreach initiatives. Making of business strategy for digital marketing. 2. Client Communication Manage domestic and international client interactions via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media. Share product and IT service details, provide quotations, and follow up with interested leads. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and timely responses in all communications. 3. Lead Management Generate and collect leads from LinkedIn, social media, forms, and referrals . Qualify leads based on their interest and potential. Maintain lead records and ensure consistent follow-up until closure. Desired Candidate Profile Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in client coordination or support roles. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written). Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn new technologies. Basic understanding of servers, hosting, or IT infrastructure will be an added advantage. Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
