ML Engineer – Job Description Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha Job Type: Full-Time ( Onsite Preferred / Remote) Experience Level: Entry-Level Department: Engineering About the Role: “ Naada Technologies ” is one of the pioneers in the field of AI and has a vision to design and develop next generation AI driven products and solutions which are both for end consumers and other businesses in a very wide spectrum of business domains. We are in the process of setting up of our incubation center and are looking for passionate engineers ( engineering Interns) to join our team and be part of this exciting journey. We are looking for a passionate and curious Machine Learning Engineer (3+ years) to build and deploy ML models for sentiment analysis, issue detection, and recommendation systems . This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies like large language models (LLMs), image generation, and AI-driven content creation. Key Responsibilities: Build ML models for NLP, sentiment analysis, and classification Fine-tune models using TensorFlow / PyTorch Develop feature pipelines and training datasets Deploy models using Vertex AI / Cloud Run Monitor model performance and retrain regularly Collaborate with backend teams for ML integration Support the development of AI-powered tools, applications, and features. Knowledge of Machine Learning infrastructure Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to gather requirements and deliver prototypes. Conduct research to stay updated on the latest trends in generative AI and machine learning. Help implement prompt engineering and fine-tuning strategies for LLMs. Contribute to data preparation, model evaluation, and performance optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field. Academic or internship experience with machine learning or deep learning. Good understanding of neural networks, natural language processing NLP (transformers, embeddings, sentiment analysis). Strong experience with Python and machine learning libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers. Good knowledge of Data pre-processing & feature engineering Good knowledge of Model evaluation and monitoring Good Knowledge of Machine learning and Deep Learning concepts which include Supervised, Unsupervised and Reinforcement learning techniques with necessary hands on experience Eagerness to learn and contribute to real-world AI /ML applications. Nice to Have: Geospatial ML or social data analysis Vector databases and similarity search Responsible AI & bias handling Exposure to tools like Jupyter Notebooks, Git, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP). Participation in Kaggle competitions or contributions to open-source projects.
