Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled n8n Automation Specialist & Web Designer who can build professional websites, create end-to-end automations, integrate third-party applications, and use AI tools to deliver projects efficiently.
The primary focus is n8n, Zapier, no-code website development, end-to-end integrations, and AI-assisted coding. The ideal candidate should be able to manage projects from website creation and automation setup to integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Design & Development
- Build, design, and maintain responsive websites using WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Framer, and Webflow.
- Create professional business websites, landing pages, forms, and e-commerce experiences with strong UI/UX.
- Use AI tools to build, customize, and improve websites efficiently.
- Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to add custom functionality and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage website content, plugins, themes, basic SEO, performance, hosting, domains, and SSL.
2. n8n & Zapier Automation
- Build, manage, and optimize multi-step workflows using n8n and Zapier.
- Automate lead generation, lead management, notifications, email/SMS follow-ups, reporting, and repetitive business processes.
- Connect websites, CRMs, Google Sheets, databases, marketing platforms, and other applications.
- Work with APIs, webhooks, triggers, conditional logic, JSON, and data transformations.
- Build AI-powered workflows and agents using LLM APIs.
- Implement error handling, troubleshoot workflow failures, and ensure reliable automation.
3. End-to-End Integrations
- Connect websites with CRMs, e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, email marketing tools, and other third-party applications.
- Build complete workflows from website form submissions to CRM updates, lead assignments, notifications, and follow-ups.
- Integrate WordPress, Shopify, and WooCommerce with automation platforms and external services.
- Configure API authentication, webhooks, and data synchronization between different systems.
- Test complete workflows to ensure data flows correctly between all connected applications.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and maintain reliable connections.
4. AI-Powered Development & Technical Support
- Use ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and other AI tools for website development, coding, debugging, and automation.
- Build AI agents and assistants for lead qualification, customer support, data processing, and business operations.
- Integrate LLM APIs into n8n workflows, websites, and business applications.
- Use AI to generate and customize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when no-code tools cannot meet requirements.
- Troubleshoot website, hosting, domain, API, and integration issues.
- Document workflows and maintain websites and automation systems.
n8n Automation Specialist & Web Designer
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in website development, automation, or related technical roles.
- n8n & Zapier: Strong hands-on experience building and managing end-to-end automation workflows.
- Website Development: Practical experience with WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Framer, and Webflow.
- End-to-End Integrations: Ability to connect websites, CRMs, e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and third-party applications.
- APIs & Webhooks: Understanding of API authentication, JSON, data mapping, webhooks, and troubleshooting.
- AI & LLM Integrations: Experience building AI agents and integrating LLM APIs into automation workflows.
- HTML, CSS & JavaScript: Ability to build, customize, and troubleshoot website functionality using AI-assisted coding.
- CRM & Marketing Automation: Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), HubSpot, and related marketing platforms.
- E-commerce Integrations: Experience connecting Shopify or WooCommerce with CRMs, payment systems, and external applications.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to independently identify issues and implement effective technical solutions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
