Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Workshop Experience Manager to oversee the daily operations of our authorized Yamaha service center. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in two-wheeler workshop management and must be capable of handling all key operational areas including Service, Customer Relations, Advisors, Warranty, Insurance, Employee Satisfaction, and overall Customer Satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end operations of the Yamaha service workshop Supervise and coordinate with service advisors, technicians, warranty & insurance teams Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction Monitor service quality, productivity, and workflow optimization Handle escalated customer complaints with prompt resolution Ensure adherence to Yamaha service standards and reporting protocols Coordinate with Yamaha representatives for warranty and service audits Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for employees Maintain inventory and timely procurement of spare parts Track workshop performance through KPIs like labor efficiency, CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
