Mzad Qatar — the leading online marketplace and auction platform in Qatar — is looking for a highly driven Business Product Manager (Marketplace / Classifieds) to join our dynamic business team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can connect business goals, market insights, and product execution to drive growth and innovation across our platforms. Preferred experience: Candidates with hands-on experience in online classifieds or marketplace platforms such as Quikr, OLX India, Sulekha, Locanto, ClickIndia , or similar platforms. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Business Planning Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and growth strategy in alignment with company goals. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and ROI forecasts for new features and initiatives. Financial & Performance Management Monitor KPIs, revenue targets, and profitability for each product line. Collaborate with finance and leadership to forecast budgets and manage operational costs. Evaluate business performance and propose data-driven solutions to increase ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a bridge between business, marketing, sales, and technical teams . Translate business requirements into clear product specifications for development teams. Align marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer acquisition goals with business objectives. Product Lifecycle Management Oversee the full product lifecycle — from ideation to launch and continuous improvement. Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on market demand and user feedback . Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, and QA to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery. Market & Customer Engagement Engage with customers to gather insights and improve satisfaction . Conduct product demos, presentations, and workshops for clients and stakeholders. Ensure Mzad Qatar maintains market leadership through innovation and user-centric enhancements . Team & Reporting Lead and mentor cross-functional teams with clear, measurable goals. Provide monthly and quarterly product performance reports to management. Identify and mitigate risks and compliance issues within product operations. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Operations . Proven experience in digital platforms, e-commerce, or online marketplaces . Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
