Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Europe (Relocation Required) Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in the European market. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in market research , sales performance management , and import/export operations , with exceptional communication skills and a passion for building strong client relationships. This role requires someone who is willing and ready to relocate to Europe , adapt to new markets, and act as a key player in our global business expansion. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential clients across European markets. Drive sales performance by developing strategic sales plans, setting targets, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives. Utilize knowledge of import and export regulations , documentation, and international trade practices to support cross-border business operations. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored business solutions. Represent the company in client meetings, trade fairs, and networking events to foster partnerships and brand visibility. Prepare and present business proposals , sales reports, and market analysis to senior management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating a strong command of the English language in both written and verbal communication. Requirements: Proven experience in business development, sales , or international trade . Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct and interpret market research . In-depth understanding of import/export processes and international trade regulations. Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills. Proficiency in English ; additional European languages are a plus. Willingness and readiness to relocate to Europe . Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to multicultural environments. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
