Myrtha Pools India Private Limited, headquartered in Bengaluru, is a wholly owned subsidiary of A&T Europe SPA incorporated to oversee Sales and Operations in the Indian Subcontinent. Position Summary: We are looking for a “BIM passionate” person who, after an adequate period of training, will take care of the design of our plumbing and water treatment systems of prefabricated swimming pools in complex architectural contexts (competition swimming pools, leisure pools, hospitality pools, spas ...) Develop and maintain BIM models for MEP systems using Autodesk Revit Assist in modeling pool filtration systems, piping layouts, pumps, and equipment Prepare MEP shop drawings, layouts, sections, and details Support clash detection and coordination with other disciplines (Architectural & Structural) Extract BOQs, schedules, and quantities from BIM models Preparation of 2D Sheets from the Revit model. Working independently as well as with a team. A strong, self-motivated, and assertive person capable of being flexible to work as per the project requirements. Problem solving attitude. Good communication skills both verbal and written to communicate with colleagues in Italy, operational knowledge of the ENGLISH language is required. Working in collaboration with other design disciplines. Qualifications & Experience: BE in Mechanical Engineering. Understands Orthographic and 3D Isometric Views 0-2 years of experience in Revit MEP Modeling for Mechanical components, plumbing layouts for projects related to Water Supply and Wastewater Treatment (Sewerage), Water and Wastewater (Sewage) Pumping Stations, Wastewater Treatment Plants. Knowledge in Revit modelling is expected. Exposure and experience in designing plumbing systems using BIM is preferred. Software knowledge required - AutoCAD 2D / 3D, Revit Mep Ready to work from office in Bangalore and travel to sites if required. Work Location: Myrtha Pools India office Bangalore.
