We’re growing fast — and our Founder needs a right hand to help keep the momentum going. 🚀 About the Role As the Founder’s Executive Associate , you’ll work directly with Benjemen Elengovan (Founder & CEO) to multiply his impact across multiple priorities — product growth, investor relations, partnerships, and global expansion. This isn’t a typical assistant role. You’ll act as Benji’s shadow, execution partner, and trusted confidant , ensuring every idea turns into action and every project moves forward with clarity. If you’re highly organised, tech-savvy, love problem-solving, and thrive in a startup environment, this role is your backstage pass into the world of fintech, marketplaces, and startups. What You’ll Do Founder Enablement Manage Benji’s schedule, meetings, and communication flow across time zones (AU–IN–SEA). Prepare daily / weekly briefings with key context, meeting notes, and next steps. Draft and follow up on emails, memos, and updates with partners and investors. Coordinate travel, events, and speaking engagements. Execution & Project Support Track key deliverables across product, operations, and partnerships. Ensure team updates and tasks are completed — follow up where needed. Maintain dashboards, documents, and SOPs (Notion, Google Drive). Assist in preparing investor reports, presentations, and pitch decks. Research & Communication Research potential partners, investors, or market trends. Draft founder updates, LinkedIn posts, and internal notes in Benji’s tone. Support in documenting discussions, capturing insights, and following through. Operations & Organisation Maintain operational hygiene — calendars, trackers, and documents. Act as the bridge between Benji and MyGigsters’ India & AU teams. Proactively identify blockers and propose solutions. You’ll Thrive Here If You Are naturally organised , proactive, and can manage chaos elegantly. Have excellent English communication and writing skills. Love startups, fintech, and working directly with founders. Have 2–5 years of experience in operations, consulting, project coordination, or founder support roles. Are tech-comfortable — Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, project tools, etc. Are Chennai-based (or nearby) and can meet occasionally in person.
