I am happy with the Mr. Upendra and Mr. Lakshman support. A small concern with MCB is whenever there is any update or interface change, request them to update us so that it will be easy for us to trace things out. Overall MCB support is good.

Good support from the staff. They try to do their best. It wolud be great if ERP were streamlined so that a simple taks need not be done using multiple acess levels , and if the processes were self explanatory. There are tweaks to be done.

We in CS Academy International School has implemented MyClassBoard [MCB] for Gradebook (Assessments, Report cards etc.,). The service is good. We have plans to take it forward to other modules for which we expect the same timely support. Thanks.

Product is good, which covers all our needs extensively. We may need few customisations at times for our ourganisation specific requirements. The account managers will help us with this part. Upendra, our account manager is prompt in getting the things done.

Excellent erp system by mcb,very user friendly for all modules.we have different fee structure for different segments of students but this erp manages very efficiently.Mcb staff is very supportive and try to solve problems and queries in best possible way.Thankyou MCB team for your product and support.
