Key Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and maintain machines to ensure smooth production. Set up machines according to specifications and adjust as needed. Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor. Keep records of production output, downtime, and maintenance activities. Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness around machines. Work closely with team members to achieve daily production targets.
