Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain machinery in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while ensuring safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and maintain machines to ensure smooth production. Set up machines according to specifications and adjust as needed. Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor. Keep records of production output, downtime, and maintenance activities. Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness around machines. Work closely with team members to achieve daily production targets.
Proficiency with various electrical tools and equipment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuit breakers, and motors, Transformer, diesel generator HT lines etc. Understanding of electrical codes and safety standards. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Physical ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and handle heavy equipment
Preparing test solutions, compounds, and reagents for conducting tests and advising and coordinating test procedures. Determining chemical and physical properties, compositions, structures, relationships, and reactions of organic and inorganic compounds. Using chromatography, spectroscopy, and spectrophotometry techniques. Developing, improving, and customizing products, equipment, formulas, processes, and analytical methods. Conferring with scientists and engineers to analyze, interpret, and develop tests. Introducing heat, light, energy, and chemical catalysts to chemical substances to induce reactions. Writing technical papers and reports, and preparing standards and specifications for processes, tests, and products. Maintaining laboratory instruments, troubleshooting malfunctions, and purchasing new laboratory supplies. Evaluating and ensuring compliance with laboratory safety procedures and standards.
