Inside Sales Specialist Location : Bangalore Department : Sales Job Type : Full time Experience Required : 0-2 Years Job Summary : We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our products/services to drive sales . This is a phone-based role that requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to close deals remotely. Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and convert them into sales. Handle inbound inquiries and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner. Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and convincingly. Follow up on leads through calls, emails, or messaging platforms to nurture interest and close deals. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Provide feedback to improve scripts, processes, and product offerings. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred). 0–3 years of experience in inside sales Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools Preferred Skills : Prior experience in inside sales Fluency in Kannada and Tamil Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
