The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to resolve customer queries effectively, and a professional approach to delivering high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from customers in the United States professionally and promptly. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or issues related to products or services.
