JOB DESCRIPTION – TENDERING EXECUTIVE Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a Pro-Active Tendering Executive to support the tendering process for infrastructure projects. This role involves identifying opportunities, preparing bids, coordinating with teams, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. Freshers with the right skills and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: • Identify tender opportunities through portals and networks. • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting pre-qualification documents, technical bids, and financial proposals. • Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams for bid preparation. • Analyse contract terms, risks, and compliance requirements. • Track submitted tenders and follow up with clients/authorities. • Maintain a database of tenders, submissions, and outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: • Graduate in Civil Engineering / Any Degree • 0–1 year’s of experience/ Freshers can Apply • Basic understanding of tendering processes and government bidding preferred. • Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills. • Ability to work under deadlines and multitask effectively.
