Role & responsibilities

System-Related Work

• Ensure the accurate and timely update of Net Asset Value (NAV) and dividend information.
  
• Manage and update information related to New Fund Offers (NFOs).
  
• Regularly update index rates to reflect current market conditions.
  
• Maintain and update peer set data for performance comparisons.
  

MIS Preparation

• Compile and distribute daily market updates.
  
• Prepare and maintain reports on expense ratios.
  
• Develop and present Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for internal use.
  
• Gather and analyze data to support marketing efforts.
  

Data Publication

• Oversee the publication of Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) performance reports.
  
• Monitor and publish fund performance reports.
  
• Ensure the timely publication of fund watch reports.
  
• Prepare and distribute newsletters with relevant financial information.
  

Additional Responsibilities

• Prepare any additional MIS reports as needed.
  
• Undertake tasks as assigned by management.
  
• Address and resolve queries related to financial data and reports.
  

Skill Set Required

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report preparation.
  
• Accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  
• A proactive and ready-to-work approach to all responsibilities.
