About the internship This internship is for people who want to understand how healthcare products are actually introduced, adopted, and scaled on the ground. As a Sales Intern, you will work directly with doctors and clinic teams, helping them understand the Mutanex platform and supporting them through trial usage and onboarding. You will learn how to explain value clearly, handle questions confidently, and build trust in professional healthcare settings. This role involves fieldwork, follow-ups, and learning by doing. You will receive structure, guidance, and regular feedback throughout the internship. Objectives of this role Understand how healthcare SaaS products are positioned and adopted by clinicians Learn how to communicate value clearly to medical professionals Build confidence in professional, on-ground sales conversations Contribute directly to user growth and early-stage startup execution Develop discipline in follow-ups, reporting, and outcome-based work What you will be responsible for: Doctor & Clinic Engagement Visit clinics, hospitals, and healthcare centers in assigned areas Speak with doctors and staff to understand their current workflows and challenges Explain the Mutanex platform in clear, practical terms relevant to their practice Product Trials & Conversions Set up free trials and ensure doctors meaningfully use the product Follow up consistently to convert trials into verified active users Identify doctors ready to move to paid plans and support those conversions Execution & Reporting Maintain accurate CRM records of visits, demos, and conversions Share regular updates on progress, challenges, and learnings Participate in review calls, feedback sessions, and training discussions Training and onboarding The internship begins with a mandatory five-day training program from January 1 to January 5. This includes product walkthroughs, sales conversations, scripts, role plays, and expectations around field execution. The goal is to ensure you feel confident before independently engaging with doctors.
