Job Title: Junior Manager Website Operations & Marketing Support Key Responsibilities Manage daily website content updates including product listings, banners, promotions, and other customer-facing content Ensure seamless user experience through regular checks, testing, and coordination with the IT team Monitor and respond to customer queries, manage cancellations, and escalate issues when needed Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and new concept rollouts Assist in creating visual and written content, including coordinating artwork development with internal or external creatives Analyze website traffic and customer feedback to suggest UX improvements Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure website performance aligns with business goals Desired Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of website CMS platforms and basic technical troubleshooting Excellent communication and coordination skills Customer-service oriented with problem-solving aptitude Basic knowledge of digital marketing, creative content development, and branding Proficiency in tools like MS Office; knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Marketing, IT, Mass Communication, or related field 13 years of experience in website operations, e-commerce, or digital marketing roles Experience with customer support platforms and content management systems is preferred
